Rose Garden

Most are David Austin shrub roses and many are perfumed.
Borders

Many large borders - some "hot" backed by warm walls facing south, and cool shady borders under mature trees.
Lake

The lake is home to visiting ducks, geese and herons. A pair of resident swans had young this year. There are some large carp.

These extend beyond the woodland borders and continue round the lake. Many new shrubs have been planted here.
Victorian Rock Garden

Peaceful 'secret' garden with good views to the lake.
